Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) | Projected Start: July 2026
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU/CCU setting with a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio
Monitor and manage critically ill patients using cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps
Assist with and support procedures including intubations and central line placement
Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and patient care technicians to deliver safe, high-quality care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of current acute care ICU experience in a hospital setting
Active RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado)
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with medical ICU and neurological patient populations
Prior experience with Meditech EMR
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
