    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess, monitor, and evaluate critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions.
    • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments safely and accurately.
    • Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and CRRT equipment as applicable.
    • Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient status, including participation in Code Blue events.
    • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge planning, while maintaining infection prevention standards and compliance with facility policies.
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a valid compact license.
    • Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required for travel submissions.
    • Prior travel nursing experience required; local candidates will not be considered.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients, including management of arterial lines, central venous catheters, and vasopressor/titratable drips.
    • Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, sepsis management, sedation and pain management, and critical care documentation.
    • Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and rapid sequence response protocols.
