Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:00)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those requiring advanced cardiac interventions
- Respond to on-call assignments and arrive on-site within one hour when called in
- Float to multiple campuses as needed to support staffing requirements
- Complete required pre-start training modules through the facility's designated learning platform
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of recent, continuous ICU experience
- Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Ability and willingness to float to all campuses within the health system
- Availability during major holidays and surrounding holiday weeks (no holiday RTO will be approved)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Cardiac experience including post-cath intervention, intra-aortic balloon pump, and Impella management
- Experience with Epic electronic health records system
