Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within an acute care hospital
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation throughout each shift
• Adhere to all facility dress code requirements; navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions on license
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidate must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a large acute care or full-service hospital environment
• Familiarity with oncology-adjacent or complex critical care patient populations
