Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting across rotating day and night shifts
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
- Current AHA-issued BLS certification required; additional specialty-specific AHA certifications as required
- Ability to work every other holiday
- Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities
- Must be able to complete fingerprinting, drug screen, required labs, and pre-start modules prior to facility start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records
- Two supervisor references preferred
