Contract | Onsite | Rotating Shifts (Day 3x12: 7:00–19:30 / Night 3x12: 19:00–7:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA only)
- Availability to work every other holiday
- Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities as needed
- Must complete pre-start modules prior to entering the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
- Prior ICU travel nursing experience
