Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical ICU setting during overnight shifts
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care provided

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong critical care background with ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work night shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Open heart or cardiovascular ICU experience
• Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II facility setting
