Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical ICU setting during night shift hours
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or compact state eligibility
Strong critical care background with demonstrated ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work night shift in an onsite, fast-paced critical care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Open heart or cardiovascular ICU experience
Prior experience in a high-acuity Medical Surgical ICU setting
