Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill cardiac patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong critical care nursing background
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Cardiac ICU or open heart surgery patient population
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and vasoactive drip management
