Key Responsibilities- Provide direct bedside patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients throughout the night shift
- Document patient information and care activities accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Rotate weekend and holiday coverage on an every-other basis
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced settings
