Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for patients requiring renal support
- Perform neurological assessments utilizing the NIHSS scale
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Required Qualifications- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification required
- Demonstrated experience with CRRT required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and independent clinical decision-making skills
