Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Adhere to all applicable state and facility compliance requirements, including AHCA requirements for Florida placements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• AHCA compliance required for Florida placement
• Candidate must have housing secured within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance; hotel accommodations are not considered sufficient

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or critical care environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing assignments and associated requirements
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and team dynamics
