Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care within a fast-paced cardiovascular service line
• Manage complex patient populations across a full CV spectrum (excluding transplants)
• Deliver critical care interventions in one of the highest-acuity ICU environments in the region
• Participate in an upcoming transition to EPIC electronic health records, anticipated in late 2026

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or compact license eligible in Arkansas)
• Strong cardiac nursing experience is required
• Prior ICU experience in a high-acuity setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a cardiovascular or cardiothoracic ICU setting
• Familiarity with EPIC or experience navigating EHR system transitions
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced critical care environment
