Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care within a busy, fast-paced cardiovascular service line
• Manage and monitor critically ill patients across a full range of CV conditions (excluding transplants)
• Deliver skilled assessment, intervention, and care coordination in an ICU environment
• Participate in unit transition to EPIC electronic health records system anticipated in late 2026

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arkansas or compact licensure eligibility
• Strong cardiac nursing experience required
• Experience in an ICU or high-acuity critical care setting
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiovascular service line care beyond general cardiac nursing
• Familiarity with EPIC or other major electronic health record platforms
• Prior experience in a high-volume, high-acuity critical care environment
