Key Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
EPIC and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
Must have successfully completed a prior contract or worked as a direct employee in previous positions listed
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Acute care facility experience
