Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
- Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion as a frontline ICU nurse
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
- Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was utilized
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or been employed by an organization in a similar capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
