Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 2:1 to 3–4:1
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately using the MEDHOST electronic medical records system
• Float to Step-Down unit as needed based on staffing and census requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency with MEDHOST EMR
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Step-Down or progressive care units
• Familiarity with 27-bed ICU environments and associated workflows
