Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care/ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Coronary Care Unit (CCU) or cardiac critical care environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing assignments and adapting quickly to new clinical environments
