Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Minot, ND

ICU Registered Nurse – 4x12 Evening/Night Rotation

Minot, ND

Contract | 13 Weeks | 48 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Rotating Evening/Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Onsite

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients, promptly responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns as needed.
• Administer medications, vasoactive infusions, blood products, and advanced therapies in accordance with ICU protocols and individualized care plans.
• Assist physicians with complex procedures, manage ventilators and invasive lines, and ensure accurate interpretation and documentation of clinical data.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, ICU processes, and discharge expectations to support understanding during high-stress situations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team during rounds and throughout the shift to coordinate care, plan interventions, and promote continuity across transitions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in unit-based safety, quality, and performance-improvement activities.

• Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota, or active compact RN licensure with no license encumbrances.
• Active ACLS certification required.
• Floating to other units as needed is required.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates).
