Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $33.15 to $51.39, based on experience, for three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the ICU Registered Nurse:
- Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill or unstable patients in the ICU
- Continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer and monitor IV medications, drips, ventilators, and advanced life-support equipment
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with hospital policies
- Support and educate patients' families with empathy and professionalism
Requirements of the ICU Registered Nurse:
- Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ years of PCU/ICU experience.
- Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response
- Strong critical-thinking, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
