Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: August 10, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Medical Surgical ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
Perform and assist with advanced procedures including CRRT, intubations, and line placements
Utilize Philips monitors and Alaris pumps to monitor and manage critically ill patients
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurse externs and a free-floating charge RN
Adhere to patient experience standards and unit-specific policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Tennessee
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Ability to meet scheduling requirements per contract FTE minimums
Willingness to float per the needs of the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with CRRT, intubation support, and central line placement procedures
Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care setting
