    Travel RN – Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)

    Location

    Nashville, Tennessee

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Medical Surgical ICU with a 1:2 patient ratio
    • Perform and assist with advanced procedures including CRRT, intubations, and line placements
    • Utilize Philips monitors and Alaris pumps to monitor and manage critically ill patients
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurse externs and a free-floating charge RN
    • Adhere to patient experience standards and unit-specific guidelines as required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Ability to meet scheduling requirements based on contract FTE and float as needed per hospital needs
    • Must wear navy blue or black scrubs per dress code policy
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with CRRT, intubation support, and central line placement procedures
    • Familiarity with Meditech documentation systems
    • Experience working in a high-acuity medical surgical ICU environment
