Contract | Nights 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned adult and geriatric patients in all phases of care within the ICU
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice
• Utilize theoretical concepts as a basis for clinical decisions in critical care practice
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, prioritizing interventions for critically ill patients
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of critical care / ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NHSS (Nursing Hours per Patient Day Staffing and Scheduling) certification
• Experience caring for a diverse adult and geriatric ICU patient population
