Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 25-bed ICU with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with advanced bedside procedures including open heart recovery, cardioversions, bronchoscopy, CRRT, and Impella management
• Utilize Alaris pumps, GE monitors, and document care using MediTech
• Participate in self-scheduling, including every third weekend rotation
• Float to telemetry as needed to take patients, and serve as a helper or resource in other areas per floating policy
• Uphold patient experience standards including AIDET communication framework

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to change
• Ability to wear required uniform: royal blue scrubs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro and trauma ICU experience
• Familiarity with MediTech documentation system
• Experience with Impella, CRRT, or open heart recovery patients
