Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nights

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, with a focus on Neuro ICU patients
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in critically ill patients' conditions throughout the night shift
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and credentialing standards prior to and during assignment
Complete required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
Fulfill weekend and holiday shift requirements as part of the assignment schedule
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Valid driver's license required to verify non-local residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Experience in Neuro ICU strongly preferred
Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is advantageous for faster placement
