Registered Nurse – Trauma ICU

Pomona, CA | Acute Care Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Trauma ICU setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center teaching hospital
• Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and charting
• Float within scope to ICU and Telemetry units based on facility staffing needs
• Adhere to all facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules as assigned during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Weekend availability required
• Must be available for up to 3x12-hour night shifts per week; up to 3 shift cancellations may occur over the course of a 13-week assignment
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a trauma or high-acuity ICU environment
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Ability to adapt to float assignments across ICU and Telemetry units
