Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Variable Shifts | Rotating | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical ICU setting, managing a mixed case load including joint replacements, general surgical patients, and medical patients
• Rotate shifts including variable 12-hour days and nights, with weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled (2 weekends out of 4; night shift: Fri/Sat, day shift: Sat/Sun)
• Float to additional facilities as needed within the regional network
• Demonstrate competency in both ICU and Med/Surg patient populations
• Adhere to all facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season for unvaccinated staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Med/Surg experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player
• Confident and assertive clinical skill set with the ability to work independently when needed
