Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed ICU/CCU setting with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill patients
- Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in weekend rotation and day/night scheduling as required by the unit
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma ICU experience
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
