Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Santa Rosa, CA

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Float between like units as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
• Adhere to unit protocols and maintain compliance with facility scheduling requirements, including holiday commitments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of candidate submission; post-submission RTO requests may not be honored

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Demonstrated ability to float between similar units in a fast-paced acute care environment
