Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an ICU/PCU setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill and progressive care patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Nebraska or a compact state
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in an ICU or PCU clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience with critically ill patient populations in a high-acuity environment
