Key Responsibilities

As an ICU RN, you will:
  • Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients with complex conditions
  • Continuously monitor patient status, including vital signs and advanced hemodynamic parameters
  • Administer medications, manage ventilators, and assist with life-saving interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Accurately document patient care and progress in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards
  • Participate in rapid response and emergency situations
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license eligible)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (CCRN preferred)
  • 1-2 years of ICU or critical care experience required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment
