Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting within an acute care hospital environment
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying changes in condition and responding appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or through compact licensure
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
