Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
• Apply independent and supervisory discretion in an ICU setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• EPIC experience required
• Holiday RTO requests will not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
