Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients including cardiac, trauma, and neurological cases
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Participate in charge and preceptor responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active Iowa RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS certification (AHA) required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred (will be required upon extension)
• Experience with cardiac, trauma, and/or neurological patient populations preferred
