Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
- Apply professional and supervisory discretion in a fast-paced ICU environment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
- ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
- PALS certification (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS)
- EPIC experience within the last 12 months
- Recent Cerner experience required; each work history entry must list the charting system used
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
