Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation

• Provide direct patient care in a multi-level ICU/Stepdown/Med-Surg unit environment with 32 beds across three levels of care
• Manage a patient assignment consistent with ICU-level acuity and staffing ratios on a rotating day/night schedule
• Float as needed to a Med/Surg unit or other regional facilities within the south region
• Participate in on-call rotation; if called back, a minimum 2-hour call-back commitment is required
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required

• Med/Surg nursing experience in addition to ICU background
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, manage variable census situations, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Gain experience in a dynamic multi-level care unit with exposure to ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg patient populations
• Contract includes 36 hours of low census protection with call-back pay eligibility when returned to the facility
