Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Float between two campus locations as operationally required Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, with no disciplinary actions on record (verified within the last 30 days) Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI Valid driver's license required to verify non-local residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment) ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency Why Join Us
