Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Float between two hospital campuses as assigned, with one serving as the primary location
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements; navy scrubs required
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months (required)
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is strongly advantageous in securing placement
• Experience in a large acute care or nonprofit hospital environment
