Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, rotating weekends) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Rotate weekend shifts as required per unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Mississippi
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Must maintain a permanent residence at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critically ill or complex patient populations in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team workflows
