Registered Nurse – ICU

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including management of ventilated patients
- Perform IV insertions and PICC line placements as required
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Meditech charting system
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Float to other departments or affiliated facilities as needed based on departmental rotation schedules
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Proficiency with ventilator management, IV insertion, and PICC lines
- Active BLS certification (American Heart Association), ACLS, and NIHSS required prior to start
- Meditech charting experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-acuity critical care environment
- Familiarity with floating across multiple departments or facilities
