Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Weekdays, two shifts) and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations across the facility during assigned shifts
• Serve as the administrative and clinical resource for nursing personnel, physicians, and ancillary staff
• Monitor patient care delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols
• Coordinate bed management, patient placement, and staffing adjustments to meet census demands
• Respond to and manage emergency situations, codes, and critical patient events
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• ICU clinical background or equivalent critical care experience
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in an acute care setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in house supervisor or nursing administration roles
• Familiarity with bed management systems and staffing coordination
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-departmental operations
