Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients in an intensive care setting, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable populations
• Perform continuous monitoring, assessment, and interventions at a frequency of every hour or more as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for trauma or surgical ICU patient populations
• Familiarity with neurological and obstetric critical care patient management
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
