    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67214!

    Job Title

    Travel RN – Surgical ICU (Nights)

    Location

    Wichita, Kansas

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Full-Time | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Surgical ICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio (1:1 for high-acuity patients including post-CABG)
    • Care for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
    • Manage chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips
    • Operate and monitor specialized equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO
    • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience
    • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
    • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity surgical ICU environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • TNCC certification
    • Prior travel nursing experience, particularly at large trauma facilities
