Schedule / Job TypeContract | Rotating Days and Nights | 36 Hours Per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3–1:4 in IMC
- Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed, with ratios of 1:5–1:6
- Participate in facility-wide float coverage to additional regional locations, which may be prescheduled
- Fulfill on-call obligations, including call-back with a minimum 2-hour commitment
- Adhere to every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday scheduling requirements
- Comply with all facility health and safety policies, including applicable masking requirements during flu season
Required Qualifications- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CCU nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Prior travel nursing assignment experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
