RTO BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Holidays blacked out dependent on need
MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: 0
GH: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly - not an option)
SHIFT: Days 6:45A-7:15P; no on-call requirements
FLOATING REQUIRED: Yes, may have to float to Med/Surg
BLOCK SCHEDULING: Not an option
REQUIREMENTS:
**RN IN licensure
**ACLS, BLS required
** 1-2 year's Critical Care experience
EMR: Cerner experience preferred, but not required
SCOPE OF ROLE: Fast paced, intermediate care unit
APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES: Dependent on years of experience
NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 30 beds
PATIENT RATIO: 4 or 5:1
SCRUB COLOR: Navy blue
