Unit Details:
25-bed unit (transitioning to 16 beds after renovations)
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–6
LPN support partnered with RNs
Floating to mixed-acuity units based on staffing and census
Technology:
EMR: Cerner
IV Pumps: Plum ICU Medical
Medication System: Omnicell
Monitors: Philips
Additional Systems: TeleTracking & STAR
Highlights:
No on-call requirement
Weekend rotation as needed
