Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU) – Upstate New York

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; floating required as needed
Highlights:
64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated Neuro beds
Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
Specialty equipment experience includes temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune systems
Chronic vent patients with respiratory therapy support; adult patient population (18+)
EPIC electronic medical records system
Local and travel candidates accepted
Requirements:
Active RN license in New York State (all licenses must be verified via NURSYS with RTO included)
Minimum 2+ years of documented IMCU/PCU experience required
Travel nursing experience preferred
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
EPIC EMR experience required
Valid driver's license with current address documentation
Completed skills checklist matching specialty area
