Job Summary IMCU Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift located in a healthcare facility in the designated area. This assignment involves providing specialized nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit, focusing on patients requiring close monitoring and intervention. The position is essential for maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting the clinical team.
Job Details
Position Description: Assignment for 16-26 weeks. RN for PCU: Will be assigned to float team. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve.
Specialty Name: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certification required; NIHSS certification required prior to start; minimum of 1 year tele experience required; experience with Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IVs, and post cardiac cath procedures; Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission.
Additional Information: IVS to OFFER; Monday to Sunday; no block schedules for any reason; bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 11/02; please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained; this facility requires ALL work history information to be complete in order to submit.
