Description
- Responsible for the total care and treatment of patients with acute pulmonary, medical, surgical, and cardiac conditions.
- Utilizing Cardiac telemetry to monitor patient heart function.
- Documenting detailed records of patient vital signs and treatment responses.
- Recommending treatment options to attending physician.Monitoring patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observing and interpreting patient's symptoms and communicating them to physicians.
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Instructs patients in treatment methods prescribed by medical practitioners/interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Provide health care instruction and education to individuals and others relating to the promotion of health and prevention or management of illness, disease, injury or disabilities.
