Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care between ICU and general medical-surgical floors
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Candidates must not be current residents of Arizona to be eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with completing specialty-specific skills checklists and onboarding learning modules prior to assignment start
